This 2nd International Open Field Day is interesting for all stakeholders in the European protein chain, such as farmers, producers, processors, end consumers, researchers and governments.

There will be several interesting international speakers on this Open Field Day who share their knowledge on Legumes Cultivation in Europe.

Very interesting for the Soy Processing Industry is that there is plenty of sustainable Soy, of good quality, available in Europe.

This Open Field Day also gives you and your company the opportunity to present products and/or services.

Network meeting

After the day program there will be a network meeting. Expand your network, exchange experiences with others. Drinks and snacks are available.

Legumes Cultivated Locally

The world is getting more and more aware of the importance of locally produced protein. So company’s look for these locally produced protein to process in their products.

This is a big change for Legumes to grow on the local fields. To introduce the cultivation of Legumes, such as Soy, Lupine and Field Bean we inform you about the possibilities of this protein for you.

Preview of the Open Field Day

The official program is available soon, but for now we can tell you that DutchSoy (soy) and Wagening University (Lupines and Field Beans) show their test fields in small groups, so we can explain what you see and to answer the questions you have.

There will be a variety of international speakers who share their view on European soy, the cultivation of Soybeans (dry and fresh) and cultivation of Lupine and Field Beans.

Also the Province of Flevoland presents their vision on growing green proteins in Flevoland and how they are involved.
